Our Process
The recycling process follows a structured three-stage system: breaking and separation, smelting, and refining. Spent batteries are mechanically crushed and separated into lead-bearing materials, plastics, and electrolyte. Lead components are then processed in a rotary furnace and refined to achieve high-purity output, while plastics are recovered for reuse and effluents are treated under strict environmental controls. Every step is engineered to maximize material recovery while minimizing environmental impact.
Our Products
Through this advanced recycling process, Mabani produces refined lead ingots with purity levels of up to 99.985%, as well as customized lead alloys based on industrial requirements. In addition to lead products, recycled polypropylene is recovered from battery casings and prepared for industrial reuse.
